Chubbyfoot

Thank you Chubbyfoothttp://www.chubbyfoot.com for the post. She is an amazing local photographer. We bond with our shared whimsical taste, vivid color pallets, and "outside the box" thinking.

Orders up! I've fulfilled a few commissioned orders today. These are commissioned thank you notes for a child's birthday. And the others are commissioned tennis cards for some charming country club ladies. I'm pleased. (Having trouble uploading pictures. Maybe later.)

A Handsome Couple

I finished my grandparent's Christmas card. What a handsome couple. They are in their mid-80's. They have been married for over 60 years. They have had seven children, my grandfather was a fighter pilot in 3 wars, my grandmother sent him to war 3 times and raised his brood. They grew up in the depression, and are now retired fat and happy. What a wild ride they've taken. How rich my life is because of their deposits! Could we all be this lucky?
The Handsome Couple. PS For the record, she's a saint!

What Success

The Festival of Angels I was in was great! Here's a picture of my booth. I sold so many of my cards and appliqued T-shirts and onesies. And I've received a few orders from my website. Good times.

Stitch Austin was amazing. What talented hand-crafters! I bought a purse from www.AnneMariePurses.com. At the craft show ther was everything from jewlery, to purses, to headbands, to monsters, to clothes, to vagina soap, except aprons. I didn't see any aprons. I think maybe next year you'll be seeing some Jed's aprons and "what have you" at Stitch Austin.
