Festival of Angels 2007

It's that time of year again. This time last year I was up until 3am, and then back up at 6am. This year I was done a week before. I set up today, and have to finish setting up in the morning, but I'm much more relaxed.

It's fun to meet all the shoppers and vendors. Plus I'm sooooo looking forward to the lunch. A group of volunteers run a little cafe. Tomorrow I will be dining on zucchini bread, chicken salad, fruit salad, and carrot cake. Mmmm, yummy yummy...can't wait.

Anyone wanting to do a festival? Here is my Booth Check List to get you started:



  • merchandise

  • table

  • chair(s)

  • table cloth

  • booth decorations/furniture

  • price tags, pens and pencils

  • custom order sheets

  • cash box (with change)

  • calculator

  • sales receipts

  • scissors, tape, sharpie, index cards, sticky tack, small stapler

  • business cards/promos

  • snacks and drinks

  • camera

  • (outside festival) tent (w/sides), weights for tent, sunscreen, sunglasses

  • sign w/ company name

  • a helper
  • a truck or suv
